В Києві, на Кільцевій дорозі, з'явилася оригінальна реклама новобудови. Вона складається із трьох сюжетів на яких зображено "мультяшного" сабаку.

Спочатку пес шукає житло, потім, його знайшовши, їде до придбаної квартири і, нарешті, робить ремонт у своєму помешканні.

При цьому клієнтам досить чітко продоменстровано переваги житла на межею столиці: вартість квадратного метра, нульова розстрочка і відносна близькість до кінцевої станції метро Академмістечко 

Хоча, подібна собака не новинка у рекламі. Ось вона, наприклад, в рекламі київського автопарку
