Актер и шоумен Сергей Светлаков получил из Роспатента свидетельство на свое имя. Об этом сообщила патентный поверенный РФ, руководитель «Z&G. Patent» Мария Гаврилова. Она занималась регистрацией товарного знака «Сергей Светлаков».

Заявка на регистрацию товарного знака была подана 5 марта 2012 года, а решение о государственной регистрации товарного знака было принято 7 августа 2013 года, пишет РБК Daily.Товарный знак «Сергей Светлаков» зарегистрирован в 4-х классах МКТУ (сувенирная продукция, розничная торговля, развлечения, телекоммуникации), сообщает пресс-служба «Z&G. Patent».

«Сергей Светлаков сейчас может заключать лицензионные договоры с партнёрами, которые готовы выпускать продукцию или открывать магазины под его именем, а также противодействовать нарушителям, которые незаконно используют его товарный знак», - рассказала г-жа Гаврилова.

На сегодняшний день незаконное использование имен знаменитостей стало частой практикой. По этой причине публичным персонам важно своевременно защищать своё имя и деловую репутацию.
