Незрячему инвалиду, жителю Южно-Сахалинска Степану Папиляну Фонд социального страхования подарил телевизор. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба сахалинского отделения Общероссийского народного фронта (ОНФ),пишет Корреспондент

"Фонд социального страхования подарил активисту ОНФ, незрячему инвалиду Степану Папиляну телевизор. При этом белую трость для передвижения вне дома ему не могут предоставить более полугода", – говорится в сообщении.

"Странный подарок, учитывая, что мне уже довольно долгое время не могут предоставить средства реабилитации – трость и термометр, озвучивающий температуру. Это нужные, необходимые для моей жизни вещи, зато привезли телевизор", – приводит фонд слова Папиляна, который добавил, что "трагедия не в том, что я ослеп, трагедия в том, что чиновники абсолютно не задумываются над тем, что они делают".
