Галицький районний суд Львова оштрафував пенсіонера з Львівщини за спробу ввезення до України 31 кг свіжої свинини без декларування. Окрім штрафу, увесь товар конфіскували на користь держави. Про це йдеться у постанові, яку оприлюднили 30 квітня у Єдиному державному реєстрі.

За даними справи, 24 березня цього року на пункті пропуску «Угринів – Долгобичув» чоловік повертався з-за кордону машиною Ford Kuga і обрав смугу «зелений коридор», заявивши, що не перевозить товарів, які потрібно декларувати. Однак під час огляду авто митники знайшли в багажнику 23 упаковки свіжого м’яса свинини торгової марки «Mies» вагою 31 кг. Згідно з чинним законодавством такий товар обмежений до переміщення через митний кордон України.

Чоловік визнав, що м’ясо віз з-за кордону для продажу. У поданій до суду заяві пенсіонер визнав свою вину та попросив розглянути справу без його участі. “Під час опитування, по завершенні митного огляду громадянин визнав, що переміщував вище згаданий товар з метою збуту та визнав себе власником даного товару”, — йдеться у постанові. 

Суду визнав чоловіка винним у порушенні митних правил та оштрафував його на 5100 грн. Крім того, м’ясо, яке він перевозив, конфіскували на користь держави. Також порушник має сплатити 137 грн за зберігання товару на складі митниці та 606 грн судового збору. Постанову ще можна оскаржити у Львівському апеляційному суді.
