Популярный сервис знакомств, насчитывающий более 50 млн человек, внесен в реестр организаторов распространения информации.

Это означает, что сайт будет обязан делиться с ФСБ всеми пользовательскими данными и перепиской, сообщает РосКомСвобода.

На сайте Tinder говорится, что помимо базовой информации о пользователях — имя, пол и возраст — компания также хранит ваши фото и видео, IP-адреса, в отдельных случаях — учетные записи в соцсетях и платежные карты.

В разделе о конфиденциальности компания-владелец соцсети сообщает, что она собирает личную информацию, которую предоставляет ей пользователь (имя, пароль), а также дополнительную (характер, образ жизни, интересы, фото, видео), при подписании на платные услуги — номер дебетовой или кредитной карты и прочую финансовую информацию, разговоры с центром клиентской поддержки, а также: «Конечно, мы также обрабатываем ваше общение в чате с другими пользователями и контент, который вы публикуете, для обеспечения функционирования сервисов».

Компания объясняет сбор вышеперечисленной и другой информации «предоставлением и улучшением» ее сервисов. «Кроме того, мы используем вашу информацию в целях обеспечения вашей безопасности и предоставления рекламы, которая может вас заинтересовать», — отмечает Tinder.

РосКомСвобода в данный момент запрашивает у Tinder комментарий, чтоб компания сама смогла пролить свет на ситуацию с попаданием в реестр ОРИ, а также озвучить, насколько тесно она готова сотрудничать с российскими властями.

Власти РФ уже не впервые интересуются сервисами знакомств. Так, в реестр ОРИ в 2014 году были внесены порталы Mamba и Wamba, в апреле 2017 года туда попала крупнейшая в мире служба знакомств Badoo.
