Адриан Солано, лыжник из Венесуэлы, ни разу не стоявший на лыжах, буквально покорил Интернет, сообщает PRпортал. Спортсмен принял участие в квалификации на ЧМ в финском Лахти, причем в далекую Финляндию Солано отправился за свой счет, чтобы доказать всему миру, что Венесуэла так же, как и другие страны, может участвовать в соревнованиях по лыжному спорту.


22-летний спортсмен покорил пользователей, и всего за пару дней видео с его выступлением просмотрели около миллиона пользователей. Уже на старте стало понятно, что Солано не является лыжником. Спортсмен стартовал под первым номером и на первых метрах дистанции потерял равновесие. Дальше было еще смешнее. Солано много раз останавливался на трассе для «передышки», падал на ровном месте, ломал палки, показывал «непревзойденную» технику, однако у него хватило сил дойти до финиша, и он занял, естественно, последнее место. 

Потом «лыжник» признался, что никогда не вставал на лыжи и не тренировался на снегу. За полгода до старта ЧМ Солано хотел тренироваться в Швеции, но его депортировали по подозрению в наркоторговле и терроризме.
