Депутата думы Красноуфимского округа будут судить на Среднем Урале за установку видеорегистратора в туалете, сообщает прокуратура Свердловской области, пишут РИА Новости

По информации ведомства, депутат, являющийся директором МУП "Энергосервис", 15 сентября в туалете предприятия установил видеорегистратор. Было возбуждено уголовное дело по статье "незаконное собирание сведений о частной жизни лица, составляющих личную тайну, без его согласия".

"Обвиняемый вину признает в полном объеме, в содеянном раскаивается. Уголовное дело направлено мировому судье судебного участка №3 судебного района, в котором создан Красноуфимский районный суд. Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до двух лет", — информирует прокуратура.

По данным местных СМИ, видеорегистратор был прикреплен возле унитаза в женском туалете.
