На рабочем компьютере заместителя премьера Великобритании Терезы Мэй – первого министра Дамиана Грина – полиция нашла порноматериалы. Об этом сообщил экс-комиссар полиции Боб Квик, передает Сегодня со ссилкой на The Sunday Times.

По его словам, порноматериалы обнаружили в помещении Палаты общин во время расследования дела об утечке информации в правительстве в 2008 году.

Накануне Грин на своей странице в Twitter написал, что информация о материалах на его компьютере является лживой. Выдвинутые обвинения он называет недобросовестными, а действия бывшего офицера полиции считает нарушением обещания сохранять конфиденциальность.

Напомним, глава Минобороны Британии Майкл Фэллон подал в отставку на фоне скандала о сексуальных домогательствах в Вестминстере. На сегодняшним день  в Консервативной партии составили список из 36 текущих депутатов, против которых уже выдвинуты обвинения. Новым министром обороны Великобритании станет Гэвин Уильямсон, главный парламентский организатор консерваторов в Палате общин и парламентский секретарь Казначейства. 

Майкл Фэллон был вынужден подать в отставку с поста главы Минобороны Британии не только из-за истории 15-летней давности с журналисткой. К этому добавились еще и обвинения его коллеги в непристойных выражениях.
