Приватбанк, входящий в Украине в группу крупнейших и принадлежащий бизнесмену Игорю Коломойскому, в отосланном клиенту сообщении указал улицу Октябрьской Революции в Печерском районе Киева вместо Институтской.

Размещаем скрин этого электронного сообщения от Приватбанка, пишет Апостроф

"Недавно вы совершили операцию формление (орфография сохранена, - ред.) карты "Универсальная" в отделении Приватбанка по адресу: г. Киев, ул. Октябрьской революции, 17/5", - говорится в уведомлении от 4 августа 2016 года.

Примечательно, что улица Октябрьской революции появилась в центре Киева в 1944 году, а в 1993 году этой улице было возвращено историческое название - Институтская.

Отделение Приватбанка находится на углу Институтской и Шелковичной.

Примечательно также, что в Украине идет процесс декоммунизации и советские названия в стране меняют на другие.
