Зображення на стіні багатоповерхівки є більшим за одне з семи див світу - статую Зевса в Олімпії. У Києві на 16-поверховому будинку з'явилась найбільша у світі візантійська фреска.

Про це повідомили у прес-службі благодійного фонду Sky Art Foundation, пише ТСН

"У рамках фестивалю Mural Social Club відомий грецький вуличний митець Fikos Antonios прикрасив 16-поверховий будинок Києва найбільшою у світі візантійською фрескою", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Як зазначається, роздивитися мурал із назвою "Земля і небо" можна на вулиці Ахматової, 4.

"Фігури, зображені на муралі, символізують небо та землю. Створена мною фреска стала найбільшим арт-об'єктом в історії грецького мистецтва з давніх часів. Це, безумовно, найбільший візантійський мурал у світі. Він утричі вищий за статую Зевса в Олімпії, що є одним із семи див світу", - розповів художник.

Нагадаємо, раніше видовищний мурал з'явився на київській Оболоні. Іспанський художник Гонзало Борондо створив свої "Портали", надихнувшись Софійським собором.
