Над другим випуском журналу Telegraf.Design команда працювала протягом весни та літа 2022 року.

У випуску можна побачити чимало атрибутів війни: перетини блокпостів між розділами, «повітряні тривоги» та «світломаскування», а також образи української креативної спільноти.

Обкладинка оформлена у чорно-білих тонах, а кожен екземпляр журналу заклеєний скотчем, таким же, який використовують українці, щоб заклеювати вікна.

Як зазначає головна редакторка видання Анна Карнаух, спільнота видання — не глядач, а саме активний учасник бойових дій на інформаційному фронті.
