К фотографии циркового медведя, едущего на велосипеде, губернатор Одесской области приделал голову главы Государственной фискальной службы Романа Насирова.
"ГФС переквалифицировалось из налоговых белок в велосипедных медведей", - подписал карикатуру Саакашвили.
Таким образом, Михаил Саакашвили отреагировал на решениеуничтожить большую партию велосипедов китайского производства, завезенных в Украину, в качестве которых засомневались таможенники. Саакашвили не обозначил механизм, который поможет обойти решение Приморского районного суда Одессы, разрешившего уничтожить партию велосипедов, но обещал найти способ передать их детям.
