Помста — це страва, яку краще подавати холодною, як каже стара приказка, але новий дизайн-проєкт від незалежної креативної агенції DUDE доводить, що вона також надзвичайно приємна, коли її подають… креативно.

Від завулків Шордіча до каналів Гакні-вік вуличні художники з 1980-х років розмальовують будівлі східного Лондона, наносячи на них написи, надаючи цьому району особливого характеру.

Наприкінці 2024 року штаб-квартиру DUDE на Вайнер-стріт, розташовану безпосередньо на Риджентс-каналі у східному Лондоні, було сплюндровано безглуздими графіті. Але замість того, щоб обуритися через пошкодження свого приміщення, агентство вирішило відігратися, перетворивши небажаний «подарунок» на креативний (і комерційно життєздатний) подарунок громаді та просуваючи краще мистецтво.

Використовуючи оригінальні літери графіті, агентство створило «Rusht Gewey Hotsex Pistol Pete Sans» — абсолютно новий шрифт «помсти», названий на честь рядка слів, намальованих фарбою на офісі. 

Виручка від продажу шрифту буде передана благодійній організації Bow Arts, що займається розвитком мистецтва та освіти.
