Це продовження започаткованої в минулої році кампанії спрямованої на формування іміджу надійного забудовника. Тоді рекламна кампанія проходила під гаслом «Завжди добудовуємо до кінця».

За комплексне рекламне обслуговування ХК «Київміськбуд» відповідає комунікаційне агентство UM (Група АДВ Україна), а позиціонування бренду та  креативні матеріали розроблені агентством THINK! McCann Erickson.

Саме вони запропонували з'їсти каску, цеглу і навіть кран, якщо не "добудують до кінця"
