За її словами "проголосований проект Конституції в першому читанні (щодо правосуддя), на жаль, відкладає можливість України стати повноправним учасником Міжнародного Крмінального Суду. Автори закону досі не представили публічно аргументи, ЧОМУ пішли на таку відстрочку".
"Визнання юрисдикції Суду дозволить нашій державі притягнути до відповідальності через міжнародний трибунал винних за злочини проти людяності на Майдані та військові злочини на Донбасі. Сьогодні в парламенті разом з ЄвромайданSOS та Amnesty International презентували карту підтримки громадян ратифікації Римського Статуту", - написала Світлана Заліщук.
