Розроблений креативним агентством Lucky Generals, рекламний ролик є третьою частиною бренд-платформи «Where Everything’s Done Proper», яка була запущена у 2017 році.

У ролику Ланкашир розповідає про себе як керівницю служби безпеки в штаб-квартирі Yorkshire Tea. Її завданням є полювання на офісного крадія печива, а також вона допитувала різних підозрюваних.

Справа здається розкритою, коли злочинця відстежують за допомогою камер відеоспостереження, але зниклий степлер змушує Ланкашир знову взятися за цю справу.
