На своїй сторінці 33-річний чоловік поширив неправдиву інформацію про те, що у громадському транспорті пасажири побили людину, яка кашляла. Як інформує PRпортал, поліція закликає громадян використовувати лише офіційні повідомлення органів влади.

За інформацією, отриманою від співробітників СБУ в Донецькій та Луганській областях, співробітники Волноваського відділу поліції встановили особу, яка розмістила в соціальній мережі неправдивий допис про побиття хворого на коронавірус.

Чоловік пояснив що, не перевіривши інформацію та не подумавши про можливі наслідки, опублікував фейк не тільки у себе на сторінці, а й у місцевих інформаційних групах соціальної мережі.

Такі дії могли ввести громадян в оману та викликати паніку серед населення.

Відносно порушника поліцейські склали та направили в суд адміністративний протокол за ст.173-1 КУпАП (Поширювання неправдивих чуток, що можуть викликати паніку серед населення або порушення громадського порядку).

Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді штрафу від 10 до 15 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправні роботи на строк до 1 місяця з відрахуванням двадцяти відсотків заробітку.
