Лидер ЛДПР Владимир Жириновский подал иск к телеканалу "Дождь" и его ведущему Михаилу Козыреву о компенсации 1 миллиона рублей, сообщила РИА Новости пресс-секретарь Пресненского суда Москвы Нина Юркова.

"В суд поступил иск Владимира Жириновского о защите чести, достоинства и деловой репутации, ответчиками по которому заявлены телеканал "Дождь" и ведущий Михаил Козырев. Депутат указывает, что Козырев позволил себе в передаче, которая вышла в эфир 11 декабря 2014 года, оскорбительные характеристики Жириновского", — рассказала пресс-секретарь.

Лидер ЛДПР просит суд признать данные сведения недостоверными, обязать "Дождь" опровергнуть их, а также взыскать с ответчиков солидарно 1 миллион рублей.

"Исковое заявление принято судом к производству и будет рассмотрено 8 июня", — добавила Юркова.
