Президент України Володимир Зеленський повернув на повторний розгляд Верховній Раді Виборчий кодекс зі своїми пропозиціями, пише ZN.ua

У поданні президента зазначається, що кодекс "містить положення, які не відповідають Конституції України".

Також наголошується, що положення Кодексу "не враховують останні позитивні зміни у виборчому законодавстві, спрямовані на його вдосконалення, не узгоджуються з законодавчими актами, які є базовими у відповідній сфері, не забезпечують належної регламентації та організації виборчого процесу, ефективного контролю за здійсненням виборчих процедур".

"Аналіз положень Кодексу ... дає підстави для висновку про фактичне збереження складової, характерною для пропорційної виборчої системи із закритими списками", - йдеться у поданні.

Доповідати пропозиції глави держави під час повторного розгляду Виборчого кодексу на пленарному засіданні ВР буде представник президента у парламенті Руслан Стефанчук.
