В интервью журналистам западных СМИ украинский президент Владимир Зеленский заявил, что суть позиции украинской власти по проведению местных выборов в оккупированных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей состоит в необходимости проводить их только по украинскому законодательству, сообщает PRпортал.
«Выборы проходят по украинскому законодательству. И украинский закон не допускает присутствие людей с оружием. Все украинские партии должны иметь доступ, наблюдатели, журналисты, ОБСЕ, Центральная избирательная комиссия Украины. Если есть вооруженные группировки, ни одна партия не будет участвовать в выборах там», - подчеркнул Зеленский в интервью Der Spiegel, Le Monde, Time и Gazera Wyborcza. Более того, вопрос контроля над границей с Российской Федерацией, Зеленский назвал «самым сложным вопросом из всех».
«Я честно им говорю: я не согласен с тем, как этот вопрос был решен в Минске. Согласно Минским договоренностям, сначала пройдут выборы, затем контроль над границей», - сказал президент Украины.
