Законність сепаратистського референдуму про статус Автономної Республіки Крим, який відбувся 16 березня 2014 може і буде оскаржений Україною в усіх міжнародних правових інституціях, в тому числі в міжнародному суді ООН в Гаазі, сообщает Обозреватель.

На моє переконання, цей сценарій можливий лише після завершення збройного конфлікту на сході України, і для цього нам потрібно використати всі можливі і неможливі важелі міжнародного впливу на Російську Федерацію для початку діалогу щодо мирного врегулювання ситуації та міждержавної кризи (війни) України та Росії. Зміна геостратегічного курсу президента РФ Путіна вже надає ознаки послаблення позицій РФ, і я очікую, що незабаром саме він стане ініціатором широких консультацій. У свою чергу, Президент Порошенко може запропонувати широкий формат переговорів за участі Європейського Союзу та США. Повертаюсь до кримського питання, можна розглядати гіпотезу, що за рішенням сторін конфлікту та міжнародних посередників в високого суду на українському півострові може бути проведений повторний референдум,який, на моє переконання, в результаті делегітимізує російську присутність на цій окуповані території.
