Підписанню Закону заважають скарги "Опозиційного блоку".  Таку заяву в своєму "Фейсбуці" опублікував Семен Семенченко.

"Верховна Рада ухвалила Закон, за яким вибори міського голови мають відбутися 27 березня 2016 року. Станом на сьогодні, 08.01.2016 Закон, проголосований Верховною Радою, досі не підписаний головою ВР Гройсманом та президентом України Порошенком. Пояснень цього буде знайдено сотні, поки це так: "Надійшла заява від представника "Опозиційного блоку", про порушення процедури під час розгляду цього законопроекту воно повинно бути розглянуто профільним комітетом". – пише Семен Семенченко.

Нагадаємо, Верховна Рада проголосувала за законопроект про призначення позачергових виборів мера Кривого Рогу, який ще не підписаний. Тим часом на сайті президента з'явилася петиція із вимогою підписати законопроект. Наразі вона зібрала  161 підпис із 25 тисяч необхідних.
