Центральна виборча комісія на 25 жовтня призначила вибори народного депутата у 208-му окрузі на Чернігвщині, де був обраний до Верховної Ради загиблий Валерій Давиденко
Про це повідомляє пресслужба ЦВК.
Відповідне рішенння ЦВК ухвалила 5 червня на засіданні.
"Призначити проміжні вибори народного депутата України в одномандатному виборчому окрузі № 208 (Чернігівська область) на неділю, 25 жовтня", - йдеться в постанові.
Виборчий процес розпочнеться одразу після опублікування постанови про призначення виборів при наявності коштів.
"При розгляді питання про призначення виборів ЦВК зіштовхнулася з певними складнощами. Головне - це відсутність бюджетних асигнувань для організації, підготовки і проведення виборів... Ми багато дискутували і зійшлися на думці, що оптимально буде скористатися практикою, яку вже використовувала ЦВК, - закон дозволяє розводити в часі питання призначення виборів та питання опублікування проекту відповідної постанови, після якого вже розпочинається виборчий процес..." - зауважила член комісії Кармаза.
