На виборах до Верховної Ради в окрузі № 51 на Донеччині перемагає безпартійний пенсіонер, самовисуванець Олександр Ковальов. Як інформує PRпортал, про це свідчать дані ЦВК, яка опрацювала 100% протоколів за цим округом.

Ковальов набрав 33,03% (це 220 голосів виборців). Його найближчий конкурент, самовисуванець, керівник Військово-цивільної адміністрації селища Зайцеве  Володимир Весьолкін отримав 18,61%.

Чинний народний депутат Надія Савченко, проти якої розслідується кримінальна справа за статтею "Тероризм", фінішувала з позначкою 1,20% електоральної підтримки. За неї на двох дільницях проголосувало 8 людей.

Примітно, що її сестра Віра теж балотувалася на Донеччині в окрузі №45. Її результат – 3,95% (538 голосів "за"). В цьому окрузі переміг уродженець Дагестану, висуванець "Опозиційного блоку" генеральний директор, ПрАТ "Авдіївський коксохімічний завод" Муса Магомедов.
