Батьки отримають змогу зв’язати свої облікові записи з акаунтами своїх дітей та отримувати сповіщення про нові завантаження, підписки, коментарі й зміни у налаштуваннях конфіденційності відео.
 

Платформа YouTube оголосила про запуск нової функції батьківського контролю, що дасть змогу батькам зв’язати свої облікові записи з акаунтами своїх дітей. Про це повідомило TechCrunch.

«Після встановлення батьки отримають сповіщення про діяльність підлітка на каналі, зокрема про кількість завантажень, підписок і коментарів. Вони також отримуватимуть сповіщення електронною поштою про події, як-от нове завантаження чи пряму трансляцію», — йдеться в повідомленні.

На електронну пошту батьків надходитимуть сповіщення про діяльність підлітків на платформі, зокрема нові завантаження та зміни у налаштуваннях конфіденційності відео.

Водночас компанія попередила, що зв’язування облікових записів не вплине на персоналізовані рекомендації, які отримують підлітки, і не дозволить батькам змінювати вікові дані про своїх дітей на YouTube, які вже були вказані під час реєстрації на YouTube.

Нова функція почне розгортатися вже цього тижня, а згодом стане доступною для користувачів у всьому світі.
