 Однак тут виникає важливе питання: чи доречна така реклама? З одного боку, це цікаве рішення, яке привертає увагу і може бути корисним, якщо користувач дійсно планує зробити покупку. З іншого — не кожен захоче бачити рекламу в момент, коли хоче просто поспілкуватися з друзями.  

 Це також піднімає тему персоналізації в месенджерах. Ми звикли, що такі платформи залишаються приватним простором. Але інтеграція реклами на основі слів показує, як межі між особистим і комерційним стираються.  

 Зрештою, це гарний привід задуматися, як технології впливають на нашу комунікацію. Інновації корисні, але важливо, щоб вони не порушували меж зручності та поваги до користувачів.
