Одним из первых политиков, всерьез включившихся в кампанию местных выборов-2015, оказался народный депутат и экс-глава Секретариата Президента Виктор Балога. Он уже дал указание своим политическим консультантам заказать проведение социологических опросов.

Такую переписку Балоги с консультантом непосредственно в сессионном зале ВР зафиксировал фотокорреспондент "Українських Новин" Вячеслав Ратынский.

"Игорь Тищенко говорит, что один вопрос - 250 долларов. Нам нужно 20 вопросов. Начать можно на следующей неделе", - пишет консультант.

"Хорошо. Тогда запускайте", - отвечает ему депутат.

Из переписки становится понятно, что речь идет о вопросах, которые надо включить в анкету социологического исследования. Услуги социологической конторы Виктор Балога покупает у Игоря Тищенко - персоны, небезызвестной в среде социологов. Речь идет об учредителе и совладельце Социологической группы «Рейтинг» (Rating Group Ukraine), известной своими львовскими корнями и симпатиями к некогда майдановским партиям, входящим сегодня в правящую коалицию.

Не сложно определить и консультанта политика, заказывающего соцопросы. Подпись "Горбач", по всей вероятности, ставит политический аналитик Института Евро-Атлантического сотрудничества Владимир Горбач.

Поскольку речь в данный момент может идти лишь о местных выборах, скорее всего Виктора Балогу интересует социологический срез на одной или нескольких территориях родного Закарпатья. Исходя из расчетов Горбача, соцопрос "Рейтинга" обойдется политику в 5 тысяч долларов - это 20 вопросов по 250 долларов, о которых говорится в СМС.

При этом речь идет о "довыборном" периоде, когда цены на услуги социологических компаний значительно ниже "выборных".

Цена в 5 тысяч долларов является среднерыночной "выборной" для проведения опроса с выборкой 2 тысячи человек, которая считается репрезентативной для выявления результата на уровне отдельной территории либо стандартного округа депутата ВР.
