Директором державного підприємства «Парламентський телеканал "Рада"» став Володимир Лех. Відповідні зміни до ліцензії каналу внесла Національна рада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення 26 лютого,пише Телекритика

На цій посаді Володимир Лех замінив Василя Климчука. Нагадаємо, що пан Лех виконував обов'язки директора каналу «Рада» після відсторонення пана Климчука з посади. 3 листопада пана Климчука звільнили за угодою сторін.

Також у каналу «Рада» змінився склад редакційної ради:

Власником державного підприємства «Парламентський телеканал "Рада"» є Апарат Верховної Ради України.
