Американская разведка предоставила секретный отчет, в котором сказано, что на протяжение многих лет Россия с большим успехом проводила спецоперацию с целью переложить на Украину ответственность за вмешательство в выборы президента США в 2016 году, пишет издание The New York Times сославшись на отчет.

Так, в тексте секретного отчета, который был предоставлен сенаторам из Демпартии и их помощникам, разведчики США сообщили, что операция по дезинформации с 2017 года успешно проводится.
