Апелляционный суд Республики Крым отменил решение керченской территориальной избирательной комиссии о регистрации бывшего мэра Керчи Олега Осадчего кандидатом в депутаты Госсовета Крыма. Об этом сообщил сегодня сам экс-мэр.
«Апелляционный суд действительно снял меня с выборов. Будем подавать апелляцию», – сказал Осадчий Крыминформу.
Он отметил, что пока не знает о причинах вынесенного судом решения. «В четверг я получу решения суда, там будет указана причина такого решения», – сказал Осадчий.
Экс-мэр Керчи зарегистрировался кандидатом в депутаты Госсовета Крыма как самовыдвиженец по Аршинцевскому одномандатному избирательному округу №10 в Керчи. По данным Крыминформа, обжаловал регистрацию Осадчего его конкурент по выборам, кандидат от «Единой России» Александр Котовский.
Осадчий занимал должность мэра Керчи 17 лет. В конце июня Керченский городской совет на внеочередном заседании отправил его в отставку.
