Віталій Голубєв – журналіст, медіатренер, головний редактор Видавничого дому «ОГО». Керує Школою універсального журналіста, а також викладає в Національному університеті «Острозька академія». Постійний автор інтернет-видання MediaSapiens ГО «Детектора медіа». «Ефективність» — четверта книжка Віталія Голубєва.
