Печатную версию журнала закрыли, так как он перестал быть бизнес-проектом.

Об этом рассказала в интервью “Телекритике” глава медиахолдинга “Вести” Ольга Семченко.

По словам Семченко, после полугода работы холдинг вынужден был закрыть печатную версию.

Аудитория журнала была меньшей и более специфической, чем у газеты - по словам главы медиахолдинга, это была  “небольшая ниша думающих людей”.

Журнал перестал быть бизнес-проектом, из-за того что основные рекламодатели - табачные алкогольные компании и автодилеры  - в прошлом году сократили бюджеты. Рекламодатели сейчас в целом делают выбор не в пользу печатных журналов.

Кроме того, как отметила Семченко, у холдинга были проблемы с СБУ - продолжается уголовное производство о сепаратизме, что также отразилось на работе с рекламодателями.
