Касаційний адміністративний суд у складі Верховного суду задовольнив апеляцію Центральної виборчої комісії та скасував рішення Шостого апеляційного адмінсуду про повторне жеребкування партій.

Наталя Бернацька: "Все ж таки є справедливість! Ми виграли Верховний! Виборам 21 липня бути! PS. Давно я так не хвилювалася".

Рішення суд виніс 8 липня.

Прес-служба Касаційного адміністративного суду у коментарі "Українській правді": "Постанова про скасування судового рішення від 8 липня. Апеляційні скарги ЦВК, політичних партій "Слуга народу", "Сила і честь", "Опозиційний блок" - задовольнити. Рішення Шостого апеляційного адміністративного суду від 4 липня 2019 року скасоване".

Чому це важливо: 21 липня в Україні мають відбутися вибори до Верховної Ради. На момент судового про пережеребкування ЦВК уже видрукувала фактично 5 мільйонів 200 бюлетенів, зупинка цього процесу і проведення нового жеребкування, за словами голови ЦВК Тетяни Сліпачук, могли призвести до зриву виборів.

Що було раніше: 4 липня Шостий апеляційний адміністративний суд за позовом Аграрної партії України зобов'язав ЦВК провести пережеребкування партій.
