Касаційний адміністративний суд при Верховному суді дозволив колишньому депутату від "Партії регіонів" і екс-голові Адміністрації президента Януковича Андрію Клюєву взяти участь в дострокових виборах до Верховної Ради 21 липня

 

Про це повідомив адвокат Клюєва Юрій Сухов у Facebook, пише Depo.ua.

"Комусь сподобається, а комусь ні, але адвокатське об'єднання "Сухов, Кочан енд баррістерс" відстояло в Касаційному адміністративному суді при Верховному суді гарантоване Конституцією та законами України громадянину України Клюєву Андрію Петровичу право на участь у виборчому процесі", – йдеться в повідомленні.

За словами адвоката, рішення Верховного суду є остаточним.

"Суд не погодився з ЦВК України і скасував, як на мене, сепаратистське і кон'юнктурне його рішення про відмову в реєстрації Клюєва А.П., який постійно проживає на території України в м.Донецьку, кандидатом в народні депутати України від Ліберальної партії України в одномандатному виборчому окрузі №46 на позачергових виборах 21 липня 2019 року", – наголосив адвокат.
