Верховна Рада проголосувала у другому читанні за президентський законопроект № 2116 "Про внесення змін до Закону України "Про Державне бюро розслідувань" щодо удосконалення діяльності Державного бюро розслідувань".

Про це стало відомо на засіданні Верховної Ради 3 грудня

За законопроєкт проголосувало 250 депутатів. З них 224 депутати "Слуги народу", 2 депутати ОПЗЖ, 1 голос дала группа "За майбутнє", 18 депутатів "Голосу", 5 позафракційних.

До законопроєкту було подано понад 300 поправок

Зокрема, депутати підтримали поправку №318, яка передбачає створення управління з розслідування спраав Майдану у ДБР та переведення туди слідчих з ГПУ. За неї проголсували 334 депутати.

Згідно із законом очільник бюро самостійно буде здійснювати керівництво органом, не розділяючи повноваження із заступниками, як це визначав закон.

Статті про проведення конкурсу на заступників керівника ДБР виключаються, натомість директор ДБР отримує повноваження особисто призначати і звільняти своїх заступників.  

Також у документі виключається участь прем’єр-міністра у призначенні директора ДБР. Директор ДБР призначається на посаду президентом України за поданням комісії з проведення конкурсу.
