ГО Об'єднання "Самопоміч" ініціювала створення громадського руху "Велопоміч",які будуть боротись за права велосипедистів в столиці. 

Активісти направили депутатські звернення до керівників відповідних органів щодо встановлення інформаційних щитів на дорогах Києва та області.

Таким чином громадський рух хоче звернути увагу водіїв на наявність "живих" велосипедистів.

Щити планують розмістити на таких дорожніх напрямках :

1) Житомирська траса в межах Києва в обидві строни;
2) Виїзд із Києва в сторону Конча-Заспи та в зворотньому напрямку;
3) Виїзд із Києва в сторону Вишгороду та в зворотньому напрямку;
4) Кільцева дорога від площи Шевченка до Пущі-Водиці, в обидва напрямки;
5) Набережне шосе від КПП на Богатирській до повороту на Новообухівську трасу;
6) Проспект Бажана та початок Бориспільського шосе
