У червні скорочено 203 працівники Дніпропетровської ОДА, це 20% всіх працівників обласної адміністрації. ОДА робить акцент на проектному менеджменті та правильному перерозподілі функціональних обов’язків. Про це заявив очільник регіону Валентин Резніченко,говориться на офіційному сайті ОДА.
«Ми проаналізували роботу департаментів та скоротили тих службовців, які дублювали функції, працювали не на повну, просто перекладали папери. Це неприйнятно. Представляти інтереси держави повинні ефективні менеджери, які знають свою справу, прагнуть працювати та надавати якісні послуги», - заявив Валентин Резніченко.
Конкуренція, за його словами, підвищить дисципліну службовців, спонукатиме їх до ретельного виконання обов’язків та правильного перерозподілу завдань і обсягів роботи.
«Відтепер ми робимо акцент на проектному менеджменті та правильному перерозподілі навантаження. Якщо службовець не готовий до відкритого діалогу з людьми, не може або не хоче працювати в інтересах Дніпропетровщини – він буде звільнений. Закликаю всіх зрозуміти: потрібно працювати на принципово новому рівні», - відзначив голова Дніпропетровської обласної державної адміністрації Валентин Резніченко.
До скорочення в ОДА працювало 1013 службовців. Наразі залишилося 810 працівників.
