Популярный японский портал «Нихон кэйдзай» разместил материал, в котором говорится о том, что главным претендентом на должность президента России после ухода  Владимира Путина является Алексей Дюмин, действующий губернатор Тульской области

Журналисты сослались на недавний прогноз известного эксперта Алексея Макаркина. По словам японских журналистов, россияне не смогут сами выбрать следующего президента, и только Путин сможет это сделать. «Администрация Путина внесла различные ограничения в выборную систему, создав структуру, при которой оппозиция не может поднять голову», - пишет автор текста Мотохиро Икэда. Кроме того, в издании подчеркнули, что в 2021 году в России пройдут выборы в Госдуму, и именно в это время преемник Путина будет назначен премьер-министром вместо Дмитрия Медведева.

Между тем, Макаркин говорит, что Тульская область, которую возглавляет Дюмин, рекламируется как самый образцовый регион в России, и именно в Тульской области сосредоточены средства, о которых не могут мечтать другие российские регионы. Однако у Путина будет очень много требований к преемнику.
