В Украине задержаны владельцы агрохолдинга «Агромарс» ТМ «Гаврилівські курчата» Евгений и Марина Сигал. Причина задержания – создание на Киевщине незаконного птицемогильника вместо переработки остатков куриных тушек, что нанесло окружающей среде ущерб на 200 миллионов гривен. В прессе везде называют Евгения Сигала экс-депутатом от Партии регионов, хотя в парламент он попал еще в 1998 году в качестве депутат от Народного Руха Украины, уже в 2002г. - избирался как депутат СДПУ(о) Медведчука, а с 2006 по 2011 г. Евгений Сигал – народный депутат от Блока Юлии Тимошенко. Как передает PRпортал, об этом в своем блоге пишет блогер, историк Дмитрий Вовнянко.

Он отмечает, что во время депутатства Сигал умудрился провернуть грандиозную сделку. После того как раздача «Юлиной тысячи» разогнала продовольственную инфляцию, через Раду был протянут «антиинфляционный закон», согласно которому было установлено ограничение наценки на ряд пищевых продуктов в 15%. При этом оптовые цены производителя закон никак не ограничивал. Результат – владельцы мелких торговых точек легли на «бетон пузиком» – с такой наценкой они торговать не могли. Супермаркеты овладели всем рынком, а производители подняли цены – и озолотились. При других условиях такой закон конечно не приняла бы, но – закон был назван «антиинфляционной» и для его принятия было устроено блокирование БЮТ трибуны парламента в день, когда президент Ющенко должен был обращаться в Раде с ежегодным посланием. Блогер предполагает, что этот поддержанный фракцией закон был расплатой с Сигалом за финансирование выборов.

По слова Вовнянко, на месте следователей он бы поинтересовался – этот птицемогильник появился порой не в период между 2007 и 2010 годами? А еще бы на их месте проверил бы такую компанию «Агросоюз Феникс», чья основная деятельность – производство перепелиных яиц и мяса перепелов. Очевидно, от той сделки Сигала, «Агросоюз Феникс» тоже выиграл неслыханно. Больше того, в одном из интервью сотрудники компании похвастались, что заблаговременно заключили соглашения с крупными сетями супермаркетов.
