В Окружной административный суд Киева (ОАСК) подан иск с требованием отменить назначение на 25 октября первых выборов в объединенных территориальных общинах (ОТО). Об этом 7 сентября проинформировал сайт суда.


"Поступил иск общественной организации "Всеукраинское объединение сельских голов, депутатов сельсоветов и селян "Спасение села" к Центральной избирательной комиссии. Суд просят отменить постановление ЦИК №160 от 8 августа 2020 года "О первых выборах депутатов сельских, поселковых, городских советов территориальных общин и соответствующих сельских, поселковых, городских голов 25 октября 2020". По мнению истца, обжалуемое постановление принято с нарушением положений Избирательного кодекса Украины", – говорится в сообщении.

В ОАСК рассказали, что "судом решается вопрос открытия производства по административному делу".
