В понедельник, 30 октября, Центральная избирательная комиссия (ЦИК) Киргизстана подписала итоговый протокол, согласно которому кандидат от правящей Социал-демократической партии (СДПК), экс-премьер Сооронбай Жээнбеков победил на выборах президента страны.

Об этом сообщает  "Апостроф".

Отмечается, что выборы президента Киргизстана прошли в воскресенье, 15 октября.

Так, на главный пост страны претендовали 11 кандидатов. При этом Жээнбеков победил в первом туре своего основного конкурента - представителя оппозиции Омурбека Бабанова.

Согласно протоколу, Жэннбеков набрал 920,62 тысячи, или 54,22% голосов избирателей. Явка на выборах составила 56,3%.

"Протокол по итогам выборов утвержден. Сооронбай Жээнебеков избран президентом", - заявила во время заседания ЦИК его председатель Нуржан Шайлдабекова.

Она подчеркнула, что постановление вступит в силу после опубликования в СМИ.
