Стало известно об аресте в Грузии соратника бывшего грузинского лидера Михаила Саакашвили Звиада Куправа. Как информирует PRпортал со ссылкой на «Грузия онлайн», он был задержан на 14 суток.
Согласно данным издания, все началось с демонтажа палаточного городка по проспекту Шота Руставели, который был установлен в ходе протестов. В сообщении отмечается: «МВД сообщило о задержании четверых участников акции, среди них один из организаторов митинга и их главный ведущий Звиад Куправа. Позже МВД задержало еще шестерых, а к вечеру ситуация накалилась, полиция разобрала расставленные на проспекте Руставели палатки. В итоге правоохранители заявили о задержании еще 9 членов акции, в том числе членов оппозиционных партий».
Протестующим вменяют мелкое хулиганство и отказ выполнить требование представителей правоохранительных органов.
