Депортированный из Украины британский журналист Грэм Филлипс, внештатный сотрудник международного телеканала России RT (бывший Russia Today), снял на видео празднование Нового года в центре Донецка.

На кадрах видна центральная елка города и несколько десятков человек, пришедших к ней в новогоднюю ночь. На видео играет песня украинской группы ВИА Гра "Перемирие", в припеве которой поется "я хочу перемирия",пишет Корреспондент

Под эту музыку пришедшие к елке водили вокруг нее хоровод, некоторые подпевали. Кроме того, на кадрах видно несколько детей, также пришедших на мероприятие.

Также на видеозаписи виден летающий над площадью беспилотник.
