Однако, как показывают последние опросы общественного мнения, исход президентских выборов может решиться в ходе второго тура голосования. 140 млн зарегистрированных избирателей будут голосовать с помощью электронных устройств, так что результаты голосования будут известны в течение нескольких часов после закрытия избирательных участков.
