Около здания суда в Полтаве, где на данный момент проходит судебное заседание по делу мэра Харькова Геннадия Кернеса, появились клоуны.

Активисты надели цветные парики и красные носы и в таком виде красуются перед судом.

Напомним, 28 мая судебное заседание в Полтаве продолжалось 6 часов. Судья отклонил ходатайства адвокатов Кернеса по поводу отвода прокурора. Адвокаты охранников Кернеса, также являющихся обвиняемыми по делу, заявили, что не успели ознакомиться с материалами дела и суд перенес слушание на 3 июля.

Кернеса и двух его охранников обвиняют в нападении на двух акивистов евромайдана. Им предъявлены подозрения по статьям "Незаконное лишение свободы или похищение человека", "Истязание", "Угроза убийством".
