Український документальний фільм Остапа Костюка «Жива ватра» візьме участь у знаменитому кінофестивалі, який пройде в Калових Варах з 3 по 11 липня.

Картина оповідає про життя карпатських пастухів. «Це фільм про людське покликання. Про щоденній праці без вихідних і права на слабкість. Про гармонійний світ, який ми втратили, прагнучи до комфорту, і дитинство, яке залишаємо, примірявши на себе ролі дорослих», - розповідає про фільм режисер Остап Костюк,пише Cultprostir.

Навесні 2015-го «Жива ватра» був нагороджений спеціальним призом журі на канадському міжнародному фестивалі документального кіно HotDocs.

«Жива ватра» був відібраний в документальний конкурс кінофестивалю в Карлових Варах, де відбудеться європейська прем'єра фільму. Ми дуже раді, що картина буде показана на знаковому кінофестивалі категорії «А». Ми з режисером летимо до Чехії, щоб представити фільм публіці. Буде 3 покази: один в рамках індустріальної секції, і два конкурсних – 4 і 5 липня», - розповіла Cultprostir Ольга Безхмельніцина, виконавчий продюсер фільму «Жива ватра».
