24 лютого в Таллінні відбулася смолоскипна хода, яку провела організація "Синє пробудження" (Sinine äratus).

Спочатку захід було заявлено під гаслом "За Естонію естонців!", але в результаті він пройшов під гаслом "За Естонію!", повідомляє Українська правда

На заході перебували чимало російських журналістів. Пропагандистський телеканал LifeNews вів пряме включення з ходи. Репортажі також знімали Перший канал, телеканал "Росія" і П'ятий канал.

Голова правління "Синього пробудження" Яак Мадісон сказав, що така хода жодним чином не символізує нацизм, "і приклад взятий не з Німеччини, а з Латвії, де 18 листопада проходить подібний захід".

"Синє пробудження" - національна молодіжна організація Естонії. Вона заснована в листопаді 2012 року.
