У Росії прокуратура закрила сайт, що пропонував відвідувачам короткий курс того, як правильно давати хабарі

Рішення про закриття сайту для хабарників-початківців прийняв Дмитрівський міський суд Московської області.
Відвідувачам сайту пропонували дізнатися, як "правильно давати хабар". У суді подібні поради визнали пропагандою корупції, після чого прийняли рішення додати сайт до списку заборонених. При цьому назва сайту в повідомленні Генпрокуратури не вказана.
У 2014 році за аналогічну публікацію в реєстр заборонених в Росії інтернет-ресурсів потрапила електронна версія чоловічого журналу Maxim. Йшлося про статтю "Як правильно давати хабара в Росії", розміщеній на сайті видання. Публікація носила гумористичний характер. У позові прокурор написав, що стаття про правильні способи дачі хабарів суперечить основним принципам боротьби з корупцією.
