Російський Центрвиборчком 7 серпня остаточно відмовив юристу Фонду боротьби з корупцією Любові Соболь в участі у виборах до Мосміськдуми "через недостатню кількість підписів на її підтримку". 

Про це пише "Дождь".

Кандидати оскаржували в ЦВК після того, як їх відмовилися зареєструвати територіальні виборчі комісії через недостатню кількість підписів. Під час перевірки сотні зданих підписів були визнані бракованими, кандидати вважають це рішення незаконним.

"ЦВК постановляє скаргу Любові Едуардівни Соболь на рішення Мосгорізбіркома і рішення окружної виборчої комісії з виборів депутата Мосміськдуми по одномандатному виборчому округу № 43 залишити без задоволення", - йдеться в постанові комісії.

Напередодні робоча група ЦВК рекомендувала відмовити Соболь в реєстрації. Раніше 7 липня ЦВК прийняла аналогічне рішення за скаргою Дмитра Гудкова.
