Глава уряду Нової Зеландії Джасінда Ардерна повідомила про перенесення загальних парламентських виборів з 19 вересня на 17 жовтня.
 

Про це повідомила газета The New Zealand Herald.

За словами прем'єра, причиною такого рішення стало поновлені на території країни поширення коронавіруса.

"Питання перенесення виборів обговорювали між політиками, після чого було прийнято остаточне рішення", - резюмувала Ардерна.

Нагадаємо, головний санітарний лікар Віктор Ляшко заявив, що місцеві вибори, які мають відбутись 25 жовтня, можуть перенести за умови, якщо половина території України опиниться в "червоній" карантинній зоні.
